Returns & Refunds Policy
At True Discipline, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. Because of this, our returns and refunds policy differs from traditional retail.
Made-to-Order Products
Each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size ordered

Incorrect colour chosen
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We are happy to offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Misprinted

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or colour sent)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
