At True Discipline, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print partner, Printify. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure quality across every item.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Because each item is printed specifically for you, production times may vary slightly depending on the product and demand.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. True Discipline is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Delays

While we work closely with our fulfilment partner, True Discipline cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders
